From the desk of Will Kitson: Pleased to meet you

Dear All,

My name’s Will Kitson and I’m joining the team as Managing Editor of Seymour Magazine.

I am deeply interested in the creative process and all forms of creativity. During my studies I was particularly interested in exploring the intersection of psychology, philosophy, and the arts. I believe that there is an intrinsic connection between the different disciplines. I also believe that it’s important for each and every one of us – whether we’re artists, waiters, doctors, or bricklayers – to tap into our creative selves. Why? Because it’s fun, powerful, therapeutic, and beneficial in our day-to-day lives. Seymour understands this and I’m really excited to be part of such a unique and positive project.

While I’m looking forward to getting involved in all things Seymour, I’ll chiefly be engaged in the running of the online magazine. Over the coming weeks I’ll be working closely with Seymour Projects’ Founder Melissa Unger on further developing the content of the magazine and enhancing its accessibility. We’re keen to communicate clearly and resonantly so that we can be as useful to you as possible. We’ll also be taking steps for Seymour to be more of an interactive experience, which means that we want to hear from you!
