JENNIFER MEIER is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy . Jennifer spent a decade working in restaurants and wine and cheese shops in Seattle, San Francisco, New York and LA. She recently left the world of food and wine in order to write about it full-time. Jennifer has the very cool title of “Cheese Guide” for the website Cheese.about.com and blogs about her life in recipes at The (Modern) Busy Girls’ Cookbook.
