WHAT TIME DO YOU WAKE UP?
When my daughter Lee decides its time, typically round 8am.
WHAT DO YOU HAVE FOR BREAKFAST?
I wake up hungry. Any year will feature a couple of seasonal menus: toast and jam often, porridge in winter, French toast and honey if I’m feeling indulgent, left-over pasta if I’m hungover, and on the weekend, anything from the roster of French pastries: madeleines, brioche, quatre-quarts, croissant, pain au chocolat etc… The pot of tea is a critical element too.
ONE WORD THAT DESCRIBES YOUR MOOD IN THE MORNING?
Impatient.
WHAT GETS YOUR JUICES FLOWING?
My gig, Gogo, where all my energy’s been going for the last 5 years.
