WHAT TIME DO YOU WAKE UP?
Depending on bedtime – 6:30 to 8 AM
WHAT DO YOU HAVE FOR BREAKFAST?
I vary my breakfasts: soft boiled eggs (5 min), smoked salmon, French toast (with egg bread), hot cereal (McCann’s), cold cereal, and sometime, after a one mile walk to the taco truck near the beach, a breakfast burrito.
ONE WORD THAT DESCRIBES YOUR MOOD IN THE MORNING?
At my age?  Happy to have awakened, once more.
WHAT GETS YOUR JUICES FLOWING?
The need to continue to express.
